MAKE SLIDES SYMMETRIC
Automatically spread the selected shapes equally around the middle of the slide to make it symmetric. Use it once and you will never go back do doing it manually!
BRING SHAPES CLOSER OR FURTHER FROM ONE ANOTHER
These buttons are very useful when working with shapes. Without Power-user, you would have to take the shape on the left and move it a bit to the right, then take the shape on the right and move it a bit to the left, then take all the shapes and distribute them... and start again if the distance is not good!
EQUALIZE SHAPES HEIGHT OR WIDTH
Equalize the height or width of selected shapes. The first selected shape will be the reference and all other shapes will automatically take the same height or width. Click both and your shapes will be the same size.
This feature brings shapes together so that they just touch one another. Use it to remove any space between shapes. You can stack shapes either to the left, right, top or bottom.
MERGE OR SPLIT SHAPES
Merging mulitple shapes will create 1 shape concatenating the text of all others. On the contrary, split a shape to create a separate shape for each line of text you have.
CHANGE AUTOCORRECT LANGUAGE
This feature will change the language of all textboxes and shapes in your presentation. This is very confortable to detect spelling mistakes when working with different languages. For instance, click the US flag and all your texts will be set for autocorrect in US English.
SWAP SHAPES POSITIONS
This button is very handy when working with shapes. Swap the positions of 2 shapes in a single click.
LOCK ASPECT RATIO... DIRECTLY FROM THE RIBBON
When working with shapes or pictures, locking / unlocking aspect ratio is an essential tool. Power-user brings it directly on the ribbon, instead of the 5 clicks it would take normally with PowerPoint.

COPY-PASTE VISIBLE CELLS ONLY
A typical nightmare in Excel is when you want to copy filtered data from a column to another column. Excel will just ignore the filter and potentially ruin your data set! Wit Power-user you can simply copy and paste visible cells only to get yourself out of this painful situation.
MERGED CELLS MANAGER
Merged cells can be a nightmare for many Excel users, especially in databases or if you make VBA macros. Click the Merged Cells Manager and you will get a list of all merged cells in the active sheet. From there you will be able to view each merge cells, to unmerge them or to unmerge and fill them (a dream tool so you can create PivotTables).
This tool can save you hours. A situation that happens in Excel is when you have a crosstab table, but you want the data in the form of a database, where each row is duplicated for every column of your initial table. Now that's something you can do instantly with Power-user's UnPivot Table!

DELETE EMPTY CELLS
Sometimes when working with data on Microsoft Excel, you need to move cells up eveytime there is a blank value. That is just what this utility will do for you, allowing you to remove empty cells from any selection.
When Excel formulas become complex, it does not help people understand or correct them if there are unnecessary redundancies. If you are working on Sheet1, you don't need to refer to 'Sheet1!A1' but just to 'A1'. Press Clean Formulas and Power-user will clean all formulas from such redundancies.
CHANGE FORMULAS ABSOLUTE / RELATIVE
If you realize after a while that you have used a relative 'A1' reference in many cells while you should have used an absolute 'A1'... it's not too late. This Power-user feature will let you make conversions in formulas between absolute, relative, relative column and absolute row or absolute column and relative row.
